Co-organised by Fuji and Kurtz Ersa, the tech days took place on 15–16 October at Kurtz Ersa Vietnam (KEV) Application and Demo Center, themed as “The Future of Smart Factory & Mastering Reflow Soldering for AI and Power Electronics in SMT & Semicon Production.” We are honored and happy to have welcomed 200+ industry professionals to explore the booming demands in SMT and semiconductor production.
The program explored major trends, including AI’s potential and the technical challenges it brings for our industry. Participants received practical insights on reflow case studies, mounters and factory automation, vacuum soldering, and optical transceiver manufacturing, followed by live demonstrations of machines at KEV. The live demo gave attendees a closer look at the machines in action and their capabilities firsthand, and engaging discussions on how the equipment relates to customers’ real production needs.
AI was not just a topic discussed but also a part of the event experience: live translations in Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean were displayed on two side screens, helping make the sessions accessible to all attendees.
